1. Services
ExamFlx is a UK-based online tutoring service providing tuition for A-Level, GCSE, 11+, Secondary and SATs students. All lessons are delivered online.

 

2. Packages & Payments
All tutoring is offered on a monthly package basis only. ExamFlx does not offer free trials, pay-as-you-go lessons, or additional hours beyond the selected package.

 

3. No Refund Policy
Once a tutoring package has been purchased, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

 

4. Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 4-Hour Monthly Package:
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full hourly rate of the selected package and cannot be rescheduled.
• 8-Hour Monthly Package:
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full hourly rate of the selected package, but may be rescheduled, subject to tutor availability.

 

5. Tutor Allocation
Tutors are allocated only after payment has been received and confirmed. Tutor assignment depends on subject expertise and availability.

 

6. Consultation Call
A 15-minute consultation call is included after payment. No consultation calls are provided before payment.

 

7. Online Delivery Requirements
Parents are responsible for ensuring suitable internet access and appropriate equipment for online lessons.

 

8. Agreement
By submitting the enquiry form, parents confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
